Structural Inspection & PE Report

BCA Periodic Structural Inspection (PSI)

Under the Building Control Act, buildings must be inspected periodically by a Professional Engineer (civil or structural): residential buildings every 10 years and other buildings every 5 years, with BCA issuing notices to owners when an inspection is due. The PE inspects the structure, reports to BCA and recommends any repairs. Our dedicated guide is at bca-psi.sg.

What you receive

A written report with photos, findings, assessment of severity and practical recommendations, endorsed by Er. David Zheng, PE (Civil) No. 4385. Where repairs are needed we can design and supervise them.

What to send for a quote

Address, building type and age, the BCA notice (for PSI), and photos of any defects.
