Who is responsible

Work is led by Er. David Zheng Zhijian, Professional Engineer (Civil) No. 4385 registered with the Professional Engineers Board Singapore, ASEAN Engineer AER No. 825, CEng (UK) and Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers (MIStructE). PE Consultants Pte Ltd has practised as a civil and structural engineering consultancy in Singapore since 2013.
